Client Inteview - Annette

A relatively new client to our business, Annette, has kindly shared some information on how and why she decided to use our services, her experience with Ben to date, and why her ongoing relationship with CWFS is important.

Following her recent marriage breakdown, Annette’s Solicitor suggested she seek advice regarding the financial arrangements for her settlement. 

“I needed some clarification around the proposed settlement and confirmation that financially, I would be ok.  This is exactly what Ben provided.”

As a result of the initial dealings, Annette decided to talk to Ben about her financial future and how she could be in control of where she was headed.  Realising that at age 47, becoming recently single and still having financial dependents, Annette needed certainty and confidence in the plan ahead.

“The most valuable time spent with Ben was when he helped me determine my current position and my values.  I now understand what is really important to me and how I want to live my life.  Once Ben had uncovered my true goals, he was able to present a range of solutions for my consideration.”

The advice prepared for Annette covered everything from her superannuation and buying a new home, to her insurance needs and the ultimate goal of planning her retirement.

Annette is a self-confessed ‘user’ of services!  “I am definitely NOT a DIY person.  I have used other financial service providers in the past and believe that it has saved me a lot of time and money.  I am busy and do not have time to find the information myself.”

Annette has made a decision to have Ben and the CWFS team look after all of her financial needs on an ongoing basis.
