Australian interest rates still on the slide

Managing debt – are you working for it or is it working for you?

Today debt is a way of life with the average Australian household spending more than it earns each week.

But debt doesn’t have to be a dirty word.  If it’s the right kind of debt, it can actually help people.

It’s a simple concept: “good” debt can create wealth and “bad” debt reduces it.

If people borrow to invest, and the investment earns money, they can pay the loan off from the earnings.  In this way the debt is actually working for them.  That’s “good” debt.

Meet the team

Introducing the newest member of our team, Teagan Bevan who joined Central West Financial Solutions late last year.  Teagan provides excellent customer service as our Receptionist.  This is her first full time job and Teagan has settled into her role well.  She is enthusiastic and keen to learn about the financial planning industry. 

As well as reception duties Teagan provides general administration and customer service.  Last year Teagan completed a Certificate II in Business Administration at TAFE Western and is currently studying for her Certificate III. 

In her spare time she enjoys swimming and spending time with her family and friends.
